Have recent photos of your current hair, inspiration images, and any color history ready. Share your daily hair routine and product use. Good lighting and a quiet space help our stylist evaluate texture, condition, and realistic outcomes during the call.
Most consultations last 20–30 minutes depending on the complexity of your goals and hair history. Transformations or multiple service planning may require extra time; if needed we’ll schedule a follow-up to complete your personalized plan.
Yes. Our stylist will provide an estimated cost breakdown for recommended services and products during the consult. Final pricing may adjust after an in-person assessment, but you’ll leave the virtual session with clear expectations.
Yes. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule via our online booking or by contacting the salon. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes; last-minute cancellations may be subject to our consultation policy or fee.
