Gift Cards — Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about purchasing, redeeming, and using gift cards.
Purchase online through our website, choose digital or physical cards, select amount, and pay securely. You can also buy in-salon during business hours. E-gift cards are emailed immediately; physical cards can be mailed or picked up at the front desk.
Yes—our gift cards can be applied toward any salon service, retail products, or package. Some promotional or third-party services may be excluded. If service cost exceeds card value, the remaining balance can be paid by card or another payment method at checkout.
Our standard gift cards do not expire and carry no maintenance fees. Specific promotional cards may have terms; these will be clearly stated at purchase. Keep proof of purchase and card code to facilitate reissue if lost or damaged.
Recipients can check balances online via our website by entering the card number and PIN, or by calling the salon. Staff can also check balances in person during appointments or at the front desk before booking services.
Gift cards are generally non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law. If you experience an issue with your purchase or a defective card, contact us promptly and we’ll work with you to resolve the situation.
If a physical card is lost or stolen, contact Glam Squad immediately with proof of purchase. We can deactivate the lost card and issue a replacement to the purchaser when verification is complete. Keep receipts and registration information to speed resolution.
