We recommend professional Wash Clip-Ins every 6–8 wears or about every 4–6 weeks, depending on styling and product use. Frequent heat or heavy products may require more regular cleansing to prevent buildup and tangling.

Our salon uses color-safe, sulfate-free formulas and gentle techniques to preserve shade and texture. We minimize fading and dryness, and if extensions are particularly fragile we adjust the treatment or perform a strand assessment first.

Appointments typically take 30–45 minutes for washing, deep conditioning and gentle detangling; time varies with the number, length and condition of clip-ins. Allow extra time for styling or drying if needed.

Yes. We use pH-balanced, low-lift and bond-protecting treatments specifically formulated for extensions. This restores moisture and elasticity while protecting color integrity and minimizing risk of damage.

Please bring the clip-ins you wear most so we treat the exact pieces. If you don’t have them available, we can still service sets left at the salon or recommend suitable extension care solutions.

Air-dry or use low heat, brush with a soft extension brush, store flat or braided in a breathable bag, and use sulfate-free products. Avoid heavy oils at the roots and limit heat styling between professional washes.
